We allow a maximum of two pets per household. For cats, there is a $250.00 deposit, a $25.00 processing fee, and a $25.00 monthly pet rent. For dogs, there is a $250.00 refundable deposit, a $250.00 processing fee, and a $50.00 monthly pet rent. Dogs must not exceed 80 pounds, and we enforce a restricted breed policy that includes Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and any mixes thereof.
Smoking is permitted outside of the rental unit. When smoking on a deck or patio, all windows and patio doors must be kept closed. Please be advised that if management receives a complaint from another resident, we reserve the right to prohibit smoking on the deck or patio area.
